Golden Oreo Strawberry Cheesecake Bars



ingredients :

  • three tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
  • 24 gold Oreos, divided
  • 1¼ cups medium strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Half a teaspoon of cornstarch
  • eight oz. cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup cream
  • sugar cup
  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Recipe Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put 1/2 of the golden Oreos in a meals processor. Beat till crumbs form, upload the melted butter, and beat once more till the crumbs are covered with the butter.
Press the crumbs into an eight-inch baking pan coated with parchment paper (or tin foil in case you run out of parchment paper!). Bake in the oven for 5 mins, & eliminate and let cool on the counter.
