Ingredients:
- 1 pack of white flour (1kg)
- 200 ml lukewarm water
- 200 ml lukewarm milk
- 200 ml of sunflower oil
- 1 pack of yeast
- 5 tbsp smoothed sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1,5/2 cubes of Turkish cheese
- 2 egg yolk
- Sesame
Preparation:
- Put the water, milk, sunflower oil, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Mix it together and add the flour little by little.
- Crumble the Turkish cheese and set it aside.
- Make balls of the dough and put the cheese in it. You make balls slightly larger than a walnut.
- Cover the buns with a clean tea towel and let it rise on a baking tray lined with baking paper for an hour.
- Brush the buns with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame after rising.
- Put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the sandwiches turn orange / brown.
Tip: If you are with a smaller company, you can use half the ingredients. You then get about 1 baking tray full instead of 2 baking trays.
