Authentic Filipino Pancit


*ingredients:

°1 package (8 ounces) rice noodles, bihon
°1 pound chicken breast cut into cubes
°1⁄2 cup teriyaki sauce
°5 garlic cloves, minced
°2 cups shredded cabbage
°1 cup sliced ​​carrots
°1 cup sliced ​​onion
°1⁄16 tsp accent seasoning (msg)
°1 tsp cooking oil
°2 tsp cooking oil
°1⁄8 c cooking oil
°1 tsp soy sauce
°1⁄4 c soy sauce
°1⁄2 cup green onion (optional)
°lemon slice (optional)

° Directions :

In zip-top bag, chicken with teriyaki sauce also 2 mince garlic clove overnight.
The next day, in  bowl, soak rice noodles in warm water about 15-30 min, & drain totally.
Drain marinade from chicken.
In skillet, heat 1 tsp of oil on medium-high heat also brown chicken, drain & set aside.
In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat and fry 3 minced garlic cloves and simmer for 30 seconds.
Add carrots and stir for 5 minutes.
Add the cabbage, onion and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir until the vegetables are soft.
Add the chicken to the vegetables and continue frying.
Add the noodles to the saucepan with 1/8 cup of the oil and 1/4 cup of the soy sauce and mix well.
Continue cooking and mixing until the pasta is cooked through and well-cooked.
Serve with green onions and/or lemon juice from sliced ​​lemons.
