INGREDIENTS:
- 400g plain flour
- 200ml hot milk
- 4g dry yeast
- 40g sugar
- 40g softened butter
- 1 desaté powder
- A pinch of salt
- For filling
- 40g softened butter
- 40g brown sugar
- 70g pecans (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
RECIPE PREPARATION:
STEP 1
In a sized bowl, add warm milk, sugar also yeast. Stir to yeast also sugar is melted. Place the bowl in a warm place and let the yeast activate. It will take 2-3 minutes. Your yeast is activated when the foam begins to form on the mixture. Then add the butter and the egg
STEP 2
In a large bowl, add the flour, and salt and pour in the yeast mixture. Mix well, then place the dough on a floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes or until completely smooth. Put the dough back in the bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and leave it in a warm place. Let's stand for 1 hour.
STEP 3
When the dough has doubled in size, place it on a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle about 35x25 cm. (about 0.5cm thick)
STEP 4
Brush the dough with melted butter, and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts. Roll the dough tightly, starting with the shorter side of the rectangle, then carefully cut it into 3 cm wide slices
STEP 5
Place the cinnamon rolls on a lightly floured tray and let them rise for an additional 20 minutes
STEP 6
Make sure the pan is installed but the grill plate is removed. Select BAKE, set the temperature to 180°C and the time to 18 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.
STEP 7
After the unit beeps to indicate it has preheated, open lid, spray lightly with cooking spray and add cinnamon rolls. Be sure to leave a space of at least 1 cm between the rolls, as they will expand during cooking. Close the lid to start cooking.
STEP 8
When cooking is complete, remove the cinnamon rolls and let them cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
