Ravioli Salad ingredients
- 4 cups of turnip juice
- 500 Gr Ravioli (I Used Ready)
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 5-6 sprigs of spring onions
- 2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- chili pepper
- Salt
- 2 glasses of water
Preparation
Add turnip juice, water, and salt to a deep saucepan and bring it to a boil. Put the ravioli in boiling water and boil them. Add finely chopped onion, parsley, pomegranate syrup, olive oil, chili pepper, and salt into a bowl, mix well and serve.
