Preparation:
Eggs and whites are separated for the cake. Half of the sugar is added to the yolks and the other half to the whites, and the two are whisked separately. After crushing the yolks, milk and oil are added and mixed. Cocoa, flour, baking powder and vanilla are sifted and mixed. Finally, the egg whites that we hit on the other side are added and mixed from bottom to top without extinguishing. Greaseproof paper is attached to the bottom of the clamped mold, the cake mix is poured, and it is baked in the oven at 170 degrees for approximately 40 45 minutes. While our cake is baking, the ingredients for the pudding are taken into a pot, except for the whipped cream, and custard is made. After it is cooked, it is covered with a stretch on it and left to cool. After it cools down, whipped cream is added into it and whipped with a mixer until it has a smooth consistency. Chocolates are also added and made ready. When our cake is baked, the middle part is carved as I shared in the video and the bananas are cut in half and lined up. Our pudding is covered with a curved shape. Our cake pieces are drawn in the robot. It is spread with our hands to cover our cake. You can serve our cake after resting for a few hours.
