Semolina dessert with raspberry recipe
Ingredients:

- 5 tablespoons of semolina
- 3 tablespoons of starch
- 1 packet of vanilla

- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of starch
- 1 teaspoon of water
Preparation:
We pass the biscuit through the robot, melt the butter on the stove, add it to the biscuit, mix it well, pour it on the bottom of our mold, spread it well, press it with a glass, fix it, put it in the refrigerator, we prepare the pudding, we take our milk in a suitable pot, add all the ingredients except vanilla and mix until it boils on the stove, we add vanilla after boiling, stir, then remove from the stove and when the first heat comes out Pour it over the biscuit mixture and let it cool.
for the sauce
We take the raspberry in a suitable pot, add sugar and boil it on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of starch to 1 tea glass of water and mix it well, then add it to the raspberry and mix it until it boils, after boiling, pour it over our cooled pudding and let it rest in the refrigerator for one night, we decorate and serve it as we wish, enjoy it in advance.
