Cocoon Ravioli With Phyllo Dough Recipe

We love ravioli, but it is just as difficult to make. This ravioli, which is easily prepared without kneading the dough, will be your favourite. If you wish, you can prepare a lot and keep it in the fridge.

ingredients :

  • 3 phyllo dough
  • 200 g minced meat
  • half onion
  • Salt, pepper, paprika

For the above;

  • 1 bowl of yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Liquid oil
  • chili pepper, mint

Preparation:

Lay the phyllo on the counter and divide into 4. Divide the formed triangle pieces in half from the first middle. Then, divide both parts into 3 parts to be 2 fingers thick. Grate the onion and squeeze out the juice well. Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper and onion well. Take one of the triangular pieces we prepared and put it in the wide part of the mortar. Wrap tightly without closing the edges. Wet the tip with water and close it well so that it does not open while frying. Prepare them this way. Fry in hot oil. Serve with yoghurt and tomato sauce on top. Enjoy your meal. If you wish, you can bake the phyllo dough instead of frying it.
