Pancakes with Bechamel Sauce Recipe

For the bechamel sauce :

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Less oil
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2.5 cups of milk

  • Grated cheddar cheese for topping

Preparation:

Let's put all the ingredients for the pancake batter in a suitable bowl and mix until it gets a smooth consistency. The consistency will not be very dense. Then pour oil into the heated crepe pan and remove the excess with a napkin.
Let's pour a little oil in the pan for the minced meat mortar. Let's put the onion in the pan and fry it. Then add the minced meat and continue frying. After the color of the minced meat turns, add the garlic and peppers and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add tomato paste and tomato sauce and fry, then add the spices and water and add 3- Cook for 4 minutes until the water is gone and take it off the stove.
Let's melt the butter in a suitable pot for the bechamel sauce. Add the flour and fry it until its smell comes out. Let's add the milk slowly and whisk it at the same time. Let's get a thick consistency by stirring constantly so that it doesn't get lumpy. Let's add black pepper and salt and take it off the stove.
Let's spread two spoons of béchamel sauce in a suitable baking dish. Let's put the crepe dough in. Let's spread 2 spoons of béchamel sauce again and pour it with minced meat. Let's continue in this way until we run out of ingredients. Let's spread bechamel sauce on the top and grated cheddar cheese and in the oven preheated to 200 degrees, the cheddar will melt and lightly melt. Let it sit until golden brown. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
