A delicious recipe that can be considered both a soup and a meal for dinner.
DELICIOUS AND SOUR JUICE MEATBALL
ingredients :
For the meatballs:
- 500 g lean or low-fat ground beef,
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper,
- 3 tablespoons of rice,
- 1 onion, grated
- salt
To make the meatballs: 2 tablespoons of flour
Other materials:
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 carrot,
- 1 large potato,
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- For the dressing: 1 egg yolk
- Juice of half a lemon
- Also: 1 pinch of parsley
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients and knead for 5 minutes to form large ball-sized meatballs. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour on them and shake the tray into flour.
Take the olive oil in the pan and sauté the cubed carrots, when it starts to brown slightly, add the potatoes cut into cubes and sauté the potatoes a little.
Add enough water to cover it by 2 inches.
In the meantime, add the boiled chickpeas and cook until the vegetables are slightly soft.
Add the meatballs and boil the rice until it opens.
On the other hand, put the egg yolk and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk well.
Take some of the water from the food and warm the seasoning.
Slowly add the seasoning to the soup and mix.
When it starts to boil again, turn off the stove.
Add finely chopped parsley.
If the food has less water, you can add a little more hot water.
Let the dish rest for 20 minutes and serve.
