Baked salmon





*INGREDIENTS

°2 lemons, thinly sliced
°1 salmon fillet )
°salt
°Freshly ground black pepper
°6 tbsp. melted butter
°2 tbsp. honey
°3 garlic cloves, minced
°1 C. chopped thyme leaves
°1 C. dried oregano
°Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

*DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°. Line  rimmed baking sheet with foil & greased with cooking spray. In the center of the foil, lay the lemon slices in an even layer.
Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper and place over the lemon slices.
In  bowl, whisking butter, honey, garlic, thyme / oregano. Pour over the salmon then fold the foil around the salmon. Bake until salmon is cooked through, about 25 minutes. Turn oven to broil and broil for 2 minutes or until butter mixture has thickened.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
